Game data

The game stores profiles, progress, settings, unlocks and tutorial status on your device. It does not send game saves to our AWS website server. When Apple Game Center saved-game functionality is available and authenticated, save data is sent to Apple's services to save and retrieve your progress. Availability depends on your Apple account and device configuration. We do not receive your Apple account password or payment card details.

Support and website visits

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and investigate problems. Please do not send passwords or payment card information. Our website server processes connection information such as IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. These public support pages do not use advertising cookies.

External services and sharing

Apple handles App Store purchases and Apple account services under its own policies. Our public website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. We do not sell personal information or use game saves for targeted advertising. Information supplied in a support request is used for support, with disclosure where required by law.

Retention and your choices

Local game data remains until you reset the relevant profile or remove the app's local data. Resetting a profile does not guarantee deletion of every cloud copy or device backup. Apple-hosted data and backups are managed through Apple's services and account controls. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us for support; we retain it only as needed to handle the request or meet applicable obligations. Contact Apple for Apple account and purchase records that we do not control.
